Mrs. Violet Ohigbu Ocheikwu – Programme Manager

Violet is a graduate of Sociology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.  She has experience in project management, fundraising, research and office administration. She has skills in Gender, Advocacy, Gender Based Violence. She is also a writer. She has written and published articles on Women’s Human Rights and conflict situations. She is highly pri ncipled and believes that hard work and resilience form the ladder for success. Violet is a prolific reader, loves driving, meeting people. Violet’s goal is to advance to a strong decision making position of policy making and implementation that would bring respite to the minority in the society.

Ms Mohammed Hauwa Snr. Programme Officer

Hauwa is an MSc Oil and Gas Management graduate from Coventry University, UK. She has experience in Fundraising, Research and Project Management. She is a team oriented Leader with excellent Organisational, Administrative and Time Management skills and Experience in dealing with customers. She is ethical and diligent with work and believes in reaching out to people ‘one person at a time’ in order to make a global change.

Ibrahim Sule -  Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Sule Ibrahim Abwage holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Maiduguri, Borno state, Nigeria and is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the organisation. He is a goal-oriented monitoring and evaluation officer, a man of integrity, full of determination, always willing to learn, patient, self-focused, ready to assist people whenever the need arise and accountable.

As a result of his love for humanity, he became part of the Incident Report Officers at the 2015 general elections under the auspices of Women Situation Room organized by Nigerian Women’s Platform for Peaceful Elections in collaboration with UN Women. He has undergone various trainings in Programme Management, Financial Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Policy Advocacy, Conflict Management and also training for Domestic Election Observers. He is a graduate of the Nigerian Institute on Management. His skills include effective report writing and team building skills with good knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research (research instrument design, data collection, and analysis), community development, proposal writing, proficient in the use of information technology tools, excellent inter-personal skills and organizational skills. Ibrahim loves reading, writing, traveling, networking and sporting activities.

INNOCENT ITYO A. -ICT/Programme Officer

Innocent Holds; Higher National Diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering Technology from The Federal Polytechnics Nasarawa, Diploma in Computer Maintenance & Repairs (Bujam-B Computers Affiliated to The University of Agriculture Benue State), Certified Project Manager (International Project Management Professionals), Cisco Certified Network Professional (FIRSTLOGIC), NIIT Network Administrator. Has High Efficiency in the use of Computer Application Software’s such as; QuickBooks for Accounting, Excel, Power Point etc.

With mind highly in-tune to Justice, Equity and Fairness for all. He is a Tireless, Consistent, highly

organized, Goal driven, Self-motivated and alwys determined to figure out the highest, best, easiest and fastest way to bring solution to organizational interest or ideas and prolong the existence with a

systematic and Strategic Approach. More so, ever willing to contribute knowledge and effort in the Spirit of Harmony for the attainment of Set Goals.

Objectively to be a change agent in the society and be a part of improving the quality of life of people who are in most need as well as striving for excellence & precision at all times, in all positions & circumstances, attaining professional distinction Innocent is a Gender Vanguard to the core, He Researched and presented; On the Topics; “Importance of Girl Child Education” and “child Labor Prohibition”, at one of the NDP Camps in Abuja. Participated actively as a Coordinating Member and Spokes Person during NYSC Batch C 2014/15, which gained him a Certificate Signed and Sealed by NAPTIP.

Edem Iquo V Blessing - Accountant

Blessing is a graduate of Accounting from University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State. She has experience in Planning, Budgeting, & Implementation, Reporting, Administrating and Accounting based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and follows procedures as specified by organizational policies. She is highly proficient in the use of Accounting Software such as Quickbooks, Sage50 etc. She is a goal setter and achiever, who strive to actualize any organizations mission and vision she partners with per time. As a change agent, creating conducive living and learning environment for all is her utmost desire and is seen putting bits together to reach every lives that comes her way.

Raphael Agudu - Programme Officer 2

Raphael Raphael obtained PGDE in Education graduate from University of Agriculture Makurdi. He is well experience in Administrative work, team coordination skills, research and project management. He believe in the gospel of equity and equality for all. He is passionate, love working with people. Raphael is an agents of change


Grace Noah is currently the admin/accounts assistant of the organisation. She loves to read and lends a helping hand whenever and to whoever she can.

A widow and mother of two, it is her utmost desire that her children grow up and become the best they can be in life

Ashiungwa Azua - Logistic Officer

Azua Agatha Ashiungwa From Kwande Local Government, Benue State. Undergraduate student, B.sc. Political Science at National Open University of Nigeria.

Hobbies: Traveling, Meeting people and getting experience.


Icheen Desire Awashima - Intern

Icheen Desire Awashima hails from Kwande LGA of Benue State and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication. She has interpersonal skills; she is friendly, hardworking and dedicated to duty.

Her skills includes policy analysis, Civil Society, Capacity Building, development work with strong compassion for the needy and less privileged which is why she has sought an opportunity to give back to her community through the organisation. Her hobbies include reading, research, sporting activities and meeting new friends.
